May be some soldering error or some wire may have cut off. Ask someone with experience with JTAG's to take a look at it.

Well if you were online earlier, and now you can't boot, it just means the server is down. No worries im dealing with the same problem atm.

No it's not that, my HDD isn't plugged in and it's not booting. It's got nothing to do with XBLS I don't think.
Is it a possible brick? I may try and make a LPT jtag cable so that I can try and reflash the nand.

Anyone got any suggestions?
I've tried an AV cable as well, could it have been an xex that I ran or something?

Just boot it up, without the hdd in it, or the Usb. If it still doesn't boot.. but long as it goes to the dashboard, it's something to do with your Hdd.

I've said about 5 times in this thread that I've tried without hdd or USB.

Press the power then wait 3 seconds, press the eject button, and it should boot.

True test for RROD issue is to write the original stock nand back to the console, without a nandflashing device this can be a daunting task, also may require you to remove the power from your rgh chip or jtag wires.
I've found MAJORITY of RROD errors on a RGH Console will show a center green led and nothing else while the debug led on the RGH doesnt Blink, after repairing the issue by reflow/reball consoles then function properly, this isnt always the case for those symptoms so doing the above lets you know for sure, as when the stock nand is written and everything is removed the true 3 red lights occur during boot.

Nope that's for dashlaunch issues. There's no hdd connected.

It's a Jtag console not RGH, I'll try a reflow on the gpu and see if that fixes it at some point if a nand write doesn't work.
