i both agree and disagree with this, There are modders i know that used mods to only do things like spawn vehicles for other players that were not normally available on the MP, i think these type of people are pretty harmless towards others, but then again you had the players with god mode and just spawn killed everyone which made the game unplayable, i just think a lot of people give out hate towards players that mod because of a minority.

Remember that this is a modding community, and as such most people used to come here for mod advice/Cod lobbies etc.

There will always be modders as long as there are games released, and no game will ever be completely mod proof, given a person puts enough time and and effort into breaking it they will eventually. All people can do is try to protect and detect, banning modders they catch along the way, i too hope that there are not any ISO mods or other exploits that make it game breaking for a long time because im looking at having some fun before the guys come and ruin it for everyone.

A while ago i was reading a forum post about gta iv modding and someone replied saying rockstar advertised a zombie mod on their website so why would they do this? It is a good idea but it would be good if you could mod with your friends in a private game though
