I've owned this Xbox 360 Slim console for somewhere around two years and just recently I've realized that discs appear to have a light ring scratch around them. This just started recently and I tested it out with a CD and after a few minutes there was a very light, but noticeable scratch on the CD. The ring scratches are about half an inch from the center of the disc and are very light. The scratches do not prohibit me from playing, nor do I get an error that my disc is unreadable. However, I do not wish for my discs to be scratched and fear that at some point the disc may become unreadable. Is there anyway to fix this problem?

My only problem is that I have a massive library of games and have nowhere near enough space for them all. I guess I'll just have to install games I play and uninstall games I don't and strategically install and uninstall games to save memory.
