What's wrong with the CPU?

It's the high end APU, they are really good for budget builds. Just not that good for gaming compared to a i3 or a 6300.

You can run battlefield 3, arma 3 on "best" graphics with a AMD Radeon 8570. . Are the games playable?

There isnt nothing wrong with the CPU, But the GPU, I would go for another one. I play Battlefield 3 on High settings with a Radeon 6870 1GB Card.

The GTX Titan ran Arma 3 on max settings at like 40 FPS LOL, So there is no way in hell you are running Arma 3 on max settings.

Idiot, Arma has a shit-tier engine on it. Its all about CPU with Arma games. Graphics help, but CPU is where you need the big buck.

8570 will handle them all decent. PS, if you are playing BF3 @ 1080p, just put everything on LOW.. you honestly cant tell a difference really at that resolution.. you dont need ANY AA at 1080p.. you can turn up the effects and textures all day, just keep shadows on low and Ambient occlusion off
