It was really weird, he just played a match, then suddenly he had minus 800 million coins. He went to the menu to try and fix it, but when he went back onto UT, it came up about the starter pack.

What can he do?

try and spend coins if you're minus balance

He tried before he went to the menu, he has now 0 coins because it reset him, it is really confusing.
