I was watching a video and it said that the PS4 will be released as a $200 dollar product but with lower memory. I don't know if this is true, but he said it was so if anyone could clarify this for me that would be really appreciated.

Nope, Sony would be bankrupt in a couple of years if they were to drop the price to the PS4 down to 200. Memory doesn't cost that much.
