I recently updated my iPhone 4 and lost all of my apps and music. I restored from the backup and got my contacts, messages, ect. back, I just lost the apps and music. I don't want to have to go back to my purchases and manually download my apps and music, is there any way I can get them back?

Have you tried going to your iphone page. Then at the top it says"music,apps,movies" ext. and check the box, then sink again.

When you restore, it only restores what Apple thinks is the most important stuff. Everything you purchased is still purchased on the Apple I.D. Just go to the app store, search the app, and bam, it still should be bought.

I know what it feels like, lol. I've had it happen too
