So my mate and I have decided to make a small business that builds computers

Good idea. I've seen things like this done before and most of the time they are pretty successful. Just make sure you do a good job and keep the customer happy. Keep your prices reasonable as well. I respect you for having a go at this.

I have been having the same idea's over the past 2 or 3 months, once i get enough money behind me i will be starting something like this too.
