If you meant a System Link Game,

The only players that would be able to connect would have to be on the same ISP as you.

In other words, if they are not plugged into your router/modem they cannot simly "join".

EDIT: He wasn't referring to a System Link, he was referring to a Link lobby for mod testing.

No, he meant a LiNK game. It is a server that is separate from XBL. If you have an exploited console you can play on it. Regardless of if the console is banned, if you have a XBL account, or if you pay (it is free).

It's where modders usually test menus and tools before using them online. It is also fun because you can play on any title update.

You have to own a modded console. If you don't know what LiNK is, you can't join one.
