Download Horizon, The free version has a free Dead Rising 2 Mod Tool that's completely legit and awesome. I've used it and made the game lots more fun for me to play through again since I beat it many years prior.

Saves editor on Xploder Gives you level 50 straight off the bat (for PS3), also a load of saves!

If you don't have a computer to mod it then you can't get to level 50.
