I don't know what is happening here, i try to buy a game and the MS points payment option isn't there, have microsoft removed the option or what?

Some things can't be bought with MS Points

With the new dashboard update, all Microsoft Points have been converted to your locale's currency. You're now only able to make purchases through your locale's currency without the need of purchasing items with Microsoft Points.

It gave people the choose whether they wanted a beta for the new dashboard and if you got that then you can't use Ms Points ever again
