I want to get my RGH online but I'm confused with the CPUKey.bin and the KV.bin on my hdd

you dont need to do it that why just flash the kv.bin to your nand and boot with plugins

If you've never been online and your current KV/console hasn't been banned, yes. I believe so.

If you haven't gone online then you have a unbanned KV then.

get an unbanned KV and the matching cpu key

name both files
KV.bin
CPUKey.bin

Put them both on root of hdd and XBLS will flash it for you

I brought from a seller, so will my KV be flashed to the nand already?

no you have to do that part yourself. Flash the new kv to the nand, and go from there.
