If I download minecraft for an Imac, will it make slower or work differently? Or is it possible to get a virus when downloading

Depends really? How much ram you got?

i got 8gb ram and i put 4gb to minecraft when open, to me its not that slower but the laptop gets louder :/

I've got 8gb ram but upgrading to 16 hopefully, when you say you have out 4gb to minecraft, what does that exactly mean? Sorry I'm new to this sort of thing

Nah it wont slow down or anything ... but there is one virus for mac its a trojan i think well thats all bye.
