Personally I think Colorado is the worst! All the fires and flooding is terrible!

What about New Mexico? This is probably the poorest state in the U.S.

Probably the southeast like Alabama, Mississippi, Arkanasa, Louisiana, etc. because there's a lot of poorer towns & not much to do.

& it's pretty redneck... Ha.

Other then everywhere else is fine, I mean it depends on your preferences.
