I need a headset etc a turtle beach which works on PC and Xbox so I can do commentaries etc...

The only one I currently know of that works for both is the Turtle Beach X12s. I have a pair, and they're amazingly good and comfortable.

I have turtle beaches x11 , personally i love them there sufficient and durable, also i got triton detonator.

I second these. They work flawlessly on both systems, have fairly good sound quality, a very good mic, and are very reasonably priced (around 50 pounds in the UK).

You can get almost any headset to work for both. Xbox has an RCA adapter which splitters can be used for the green end and a PC, pink cables can be used for the PC and the chat cable for Xbox.

Wireless headsets have external soundcards for the S/PDIF or you can use RCA splitters like with the Xbox and the mic just needs a 2.5mm to 3.5mm mic cable like this: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Higher end Turtle Beaches have bluetooth which can be used with an adapter for the mic, you can use almost any headset for both.

I use and recommend Astros A60s..

Best headset I've ever used!

Probably the best headset for commentating is the Astro A40's.
They are amazing quality & also the best for livsteaming, commentating etc..
