Is everyone getting Bad Video Card Drivers!?
On my own Laptop it won't run Mc because of that error,
And on my Friends Laptop it wont either,Jw if this is just me and him or If its everyone!

You need to update your drivers for your computer.
Go to your manufacturers website and download the latest graphics drivers for your laptop. Once you install and restart your laptop, it should be able to run Minecraft normally.
