KarI wrote I don't play Core, therefore I won't play league, too many kids sponging bullets.

How can you have a skilled system playing Hardcore? Everything is effectively a 1 hit kill, everyone would be the same. Skill is required when playing core.

Hardcore does take some skill, you need to be tactical with positioning yourself.

Same thing applies in core.

In hardcore there's little to no gun skill involved. One or two shots and you're dead. Core requires more than a couple of bullets, if you're looking for skilled games return to core.

Nah, I'll stick to core where everyone has the same change of killing, whereas when you're playing core you sponge about 10 bullets which isn't realistic at all

You're expecting realism from a game? How silly of you.

Well that's what the game is based on, realism. The graphics, guns, equipment, kill streaks. Also the fact with the advertising the say "the most realistic Call of Duty to date. So yes, Einstein, I expect realism.

Black Ops 2 is a work of fiction, you know, being set in the future. Nothing realistic about that. Also if you could send me some links of Treyarch's advertising campaigns dubbing Black Ops 2 'the most realistic Call of Duty to date' that'd be great. All I could find was one-liners related to 'groundbreaking'.

Also to prove to you Core requires more skill please take in to account balancing:

    UAV: No problem, use Ghost.
    Explosives: Use flak-jacket.
Tired of getting spotted by the MMS and target finder? Use Cold blooded.

Assault rifles, LMG's and Snipers excel at long range whilst SMG's and shotguns tear through players at close range, in hardcore it's down to who fires the first shot. Regardless of a players weapon. There is no balance. Core allows for more play styles (rush, defensive, obj) whilst I guarantee you'll find the majority of players in hardcore camping.

Feels wrote I think it wouldn't work.
As the guy above pointed out, the best players don't necessarily have the best K/D or W/L. If you really want a match making based on skill, they should force you to play 5-10 League Play matches before you can play MP to determine how good you are. If you don't do well, or you do, you'll get put in the respective league that matches your skill level.
then all the "pros" have to do is do horrible in those 5-10 matches and then they get paired with people who are legitimately bad and then they can just shit on them it's like boosting.

If you're more accurate and smarter in your general play, you won't have a problem with 'kids' sponging bullets. Core is what the better players play.
Originally I was a Hardcore player, and then I started to play Core and I'm pretty good at it. Every time I go back and play Hardcore, it's so easy.
