Xbox One, never going to the PS4.

Personally the Xbox One, it's a home system aswell as gaming, so you get both!

I'd go with the Xbox One personally, because although it may be slightly more expensive it's a home system!

My problem with the xbox one is that I have my capture card (HDPVR) and I cant use it on the xbox one because of the HDMI only thing. So thats why im considering not even buying it.

Well with the whole hacks thing PS3 and Xbox are pretty equal at this point with CoD now that Jtags and RGHS are on more easily but youll see more in MW2 on PS3 thats about it, I had Xbox and PS3 and I recently sold my Xbox now I just have PS3 and my situation was kinda similar on Xbox I was getting banned for very silly reasons all the time because I had a track record that apparently MS didn't let me live down even though I stopped hacking I was getting banned for little things although they were against CC.I feel like PS3 has more to offer at the end of this generation but if your only playing CoD then you could just stick with Xbox and do the free 48 trial exploit or the free one month glitch, the PS3 and Xbox are very similar for CoD and if you have friends already on Xbox and dont mind ranking up a lot and using glitches for free live then id stick with Xbox but if you want a fresh start and dont care about making some new friends i'd go with PS3.

Surely that make MS better? They stick by their own rules and they're broke they get punished, you click accept when you first sign up...

Although it's not good for modders it's good for people that don't like modding and want the game clen, PS3 is too easy to hack, whereas the xbox was abit more difficult...

Fun fact the Jtag was there waay before the first firmware hack on PS3 but guessing is fun too riiight..... riiight. Also that's why I said I was getting banned even though I was breaking CC but it was dumb very dumb, MS banning people for dumb reasons doesn't make them a better company that's like defending the U.S. saying well that kid on LoL making a joke who got arrested and treated like shit in jail deserved it and makes our government good because technically he was breaking rules NO it was dumb.
