Title says it all tbh, both of my accounts have been banned for no reason as i am concerned but I have just made a new account and i did know if there was a way of getting free gold on a new account?

No reason you say? I think your talking about Xbox LIVE correct? They give you an email of why you were banned. There's a reason WHY you got banned. You can ask Xbox on there support forums. But be aware they will make you look stupid when asking why you got banned.

But for making a new account change you local to india first so you can get a free one month i dont think you will need a payment option.

Change your locale to india create profile and then join xbox live, they get a free month of xbl, but it only works 3 times on the same console so spend it wisely

No you can get banned from xbl for doing that my friend, if treyarch have banned you twice they report you to microsoft
