The easiest way would be to:

1. Install steam [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Make a Steam account
(or vice-versa)
3.Once you have the client installed you can browse a large selection of games in the store.
4.Use the "Search the store" search bar to search for mw2
5.Buy and download

Fourdeltaone is a crack for it. With many servers. Basically the new AlterIW. How you initially get the game is your choice. Be it steam or a torrent
