I had this when it was not released because i was on beta. They had that problem where everything costed more than it should of done. Xbox promised that they would repay us beta testers by the difference of the price we payed, but we still havent been repayed yet?

Plus how come now that it costs 8.99 when the old way 800 msp costs 6.99?
like wtf?

Call microsoft and ask them why it is still like that.

1. Ensure your locale is correct
2. Microsoft has revised prices of microsoft points
3. Ring them up and ask why the price is dearer than the transfer amount
4. They should rectify it, just give it time
