title says it all. I just got console banned for the 3rd time so i wanna know if they can become rghed.

yes, aslong as its not on the NEW dash (doubt the exploit is out yet). When it is rgh'd it just means your kv will be banned

Yes you can RGH and unban it. It will be better, but no longer a retail.
