I am trying to run this program and it wont let me start it or even download it unless its in a .rar and when i try to run the program it says Insufficient Permissions

+Rep for anyone that can get this program to work for me and i am on windows 7

Do this:

Control panel -> User accounts and family safety -> User accounts -> Change account type -> Administrator

This should work. If it doesn't, tell me and i'll give you some other way that may make it work.

You have to be logged in as the administrator or else you cannot do0 anything.
