I'm not sure if this is what you have to do, but play the music disc in the grammaphone thing by the stairs at the excavation site, and the stairs will go down and at the bottom you might be able to build them...

Yes but you have to go to different dimensions to get the last part for each staff, where is the gramophone

After you have all the parts your going to go down the steps by next to pack a punch then there will be like a old music instrument. Pick that up then go to the part of the map where you wish to get for that staff. Like the lighting would be by generator 5 and go down the tunnel put the music thingy on the table then some rocks pop up. Then a portle should pop up. Go thru the portal and which ever staff your trying to get go to that color and grab the last piece you cant miss it. Then go to the same color terminal and leave there grab the music thingy then go back to pack a punch and build the staff. You have to go back and forth thru those several terminals to get all the staffs. Hope this helped.
