1) How do you unlock armor? (not buy it, unlock)
2) If you mod the achievements does it have a negative effect like the vidmasters in ODST?

You can unlock your armor by modding your gamerscore

I dont think you can unlock it..but i have no idea.
An no i doubt that it would have really any effect on it
