Hi, this is really quick and easy to do and will take around 3 minutes in total to install one mod.
Okay first go here :
http://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/forums/mod-releases.60/


Once you have selected a mod you desire simply download it, then extract all the containing files to the root of your Saints Row IV folder :
Steam : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row IV\
Or : C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Saints Row IV\

That's it! Done !

Your kidding right? Mods are modifications(like skins) to the game meaning you need the game first.
