The Bauden Family is a crew set to hit the streets of Los Santos and Blaine County later this year. Hoping to reach high levels of respect among other crews within the city and out-land, we are in need of some helpful people whom can help us reach the heights of which we desire. No collective job will be left unrewarded. Those who assist with heists as 'muscle' or higher will receive a certain percentage of our overall takings.

The more we take, the more you earn.

We are not a family whom will take kindly to attacks on our brothers or sisters and with the help of our fellow members, we wish to include any newcomers in revenge if and when these attacks may happen. So will you join us?

The Basics
We do hold a few rules in which our team has to follow in order to remain in our family. These are not heavy rules but once broken, you may find we will give off less respect to you. Continuous minor offending of our rules will result in a removal and disrespect from our family executives. The higher the offence you commit, the less likely chance we will keep you. The rules are there for a reason... Break them and you'll find yourself kicked out of our virtual circle.

Respecting fellow members is important. We highly un-appreciate any form of abuse from our team to another fellow member. Unless the severity of something that they've done has caused a feud then respect should be held for each and every one of you. Higher-rated members Lieutenant and above has the right to remove any member from our family but Lieutenant ranks MUST have had requests approved before removing people.

The Rules
The rules aren't exactly a mind-blow but are there to enforce loyalty and respect for others. We would hate to see members targeted for no reason. These rules MUST be followed by everyone;

Respect every newcomer to our family.

Anyone Lieutenant and above should be shown respect to a high-level.
Organised heists by higher ranks means the organizer will be paying you from the takings. If you show disrespect, you could end up with less money than expected.

Help all newcomers and make them feel welcome. As welcome as possible.

Be honest with everything. Have something to say? Say it.

Explanations for any deductions in pay will be made via message. Argumentative messages after said informative message will not be tolerated.

Involvement in heists will be selective. We choose the best to tag along. Don't moan if you're not chosen.
Members without high-end ability/specialties will not be left behind. You might be taken along as backup thugs who assist in heists. This can range from a number of objectives. You MUST follow instructions given in order to be fairly waged.

If chosen for a task, you must follow procedures in order to get the job completed.

There are an array of rules above from family activity to contributing to jobs in which you participate in. Payment at the end of a job may vary depending on how skillful you are during the mission. We do not leave anyone behind. We make sure the team involved are safe before progressing. We make sure information that is needed is given to the correct members.

Gang activity
From time to time, we may experience other crews and gangs trying to attack us. One for all and all for one, again. Available crew members in the game will be called to get involved. During battle, if you require help you should call for it.

If either the Don, Commissioner or both are busy then help wont go amiss. Respect, loyalty and extras may come into play. Not every fight may involve the higher family members, but be sure that we expect play from our lower crew members.

Activity is key!
We can not afford to keep in inactive members. Those who do not participate in any activity set by the leaders will probably result in removal from our family. We do accept holidays and possibly education may interfere with activity so just let us know what may be causing low activity and we'll exclude you from automatic kicking.

The more active members might get the odd special reward for being active and involved.

Mutual relationship
Many families have forceful leaders. They expect jobs to be completed by lower ranked users whilst they get top pay for nothing. That is not how it works here. We respect those who respect us. Our higher ranks will be more than happy to help wherever and whenever needed. This can include transportation. We appreciate the hard work it is to keep yourself on the right path in Los Santos and would hate for anything involuntary to happen and so if you help look after us, we will return the gesture.

We may not be available all of the time but contacting another member of the family might bring in better results.

Obviously, we will take in the bigger part of any takings but we split the rest of what is left with those involved. The bigger part is to help fund the family and keep our weapons topped up.

How to get involved?
It's really simple! Head on over to our page on the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and 'request invite'. Acceptance should be pretty quick.

That's it really. If you have had the request sent for a while, pop a message to either the Don or the Commissioner. Once they have read your message, your acceptance should come around quicker. Currently, we should be accepting all requests.

Thank you for reading!

Regards,
The Bauden Family

Yeah, we'll most likely have spots for pilots when we run into different tasks.
