Yes there are lakes but they're lakes of methane so I don't think there will be much life supported there
We have no idea if life else where needs water and oxygen to survive, just like us. We can't discount the possibility that life on Titan can't survive. As H20 is the universal solvent, it could be(speaking as if there are life forms on Titan)toxic to them.

Won't be the kind of life we see here ! Could be like some life that lives on acid and stuff.
