Do you need a keyboard? No
Do you need a mouse? No
Do you need an operating system? Windows 7(64 bit)
What will you use the PC for? Rendering, editing and games such as league of legends, GMods, BF3, ect High Quality.

I'd take my 7950 out of my personal PC before my Samsung 830. A build with this budget should have an SSD, period.

Locked CPU with a Z87 board... Why? This will do everything just as well.

Also, 650w is unnecessary. Not enough for SLI, too much for a single card.

Sorry it's 7 in the morning and I've been waking up at 12 usually, I'm not really thinking straight so sorry about the board.

The PSU I forgot to change from the 780, I know you only need 550 or 600 watts but its a decent enough deal and a little overhead doesn't hurt. I should change it to a slightly lower wattage.
