You will have to decide that for yourself IMO. You won't know until it's out, but after you played it for awhile you'll know.

I got the last one at my place in the palisades mall in New York. I called them and they said they had single numbers left so I drove there and skipped talking to my friend who was there and went on the line. The family next to me was also ordering one but I finished first and I here the cash register person saying to them that they have no more left. It was like it was my destiny to get it lol.

I think it's worth it, you gotta remember it comes with the kinect which adds the price up

The xbox doesnt come with a year of xbox live and fifa is only for Europe not US.
