It's got nothing to do with them wanting more customers, Micro$oft payed them to keep it as an Xbox 360 exclusive for a while. Otherwise it would of come out on PS3 a long time ago.

Hopefully, they will start with the same update as the Xbox.

I have a feeling PS3 guys will get the updates a month later than Xbox.

When minecraft came out on xbox initially it meant that all of the xbox users who didn't have a good pc had the opportunity to be able to have the chance to play the game smoothly on xbox.


So ps4 minecraft is basically for the people who don't have a good another pc to play minecraft on or have friend that they can play with on ps4 but are unable to play with on pc

They will start in BETA, Just like Xbox did so that n00bs can learn + just to improve the updates so add onto the updates making them bigger and better!

My thoughts a'rent that great, because it was a big step for minecraft to go to xbox, plus if the ps4 is coming out soon, they'd bring it to the ps4 instead of the ps3
