Your PC may be overheating, causing it to crash to prevent from damaging any components. Is it a desktop or a laptop? If it's a desktop take the side panel off and make sure all of the fans spin up, also make sure the CPU cooler is held on, and not hanging off.

If it's a laptop try using it on a hard surface, like a wooden table. You can get a mat or something that it sits on to cool it down as well.

Yeah all the fans are spinning and I've set them to 100%, When I monitor my temps my gfx card rapidly goes up like from 50 when I first start and then when I open the game it literally goes from 50 to 60+ in like 10 seconds

Might be the CPU overheating. Those kind of temps for a GPU under load are normal. Check the average temperature of the CPU.

Well when I play for like a minute it will like go to 70 and all the temperatures will go up it's really annoying and now it's overheating from nothing like it will turn off when it's idle.
