I'm looking to jail brake my iPhone 4 running ISo 6.1.3 and I really want to do it and I don't like to follow you tubes. And so I was hoping someone can help me by giving me a successful tutorial

There aren't any jailbreaks available for 6.1.3, none I'd recommend anyway. Tethered jailbreaks aren't worth it and we won't be seeing an untethered jailbreak until iOS 7 releases, even then we'll be waiting a month or two.

The full jailbreak for 6.1.3 is not out yet and it wont be until iso7 comes out

there is a semi-tethered jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 that i am using right now so it is possible just dont let your phone die or else u will have to reboot it with the computer agian but you can still use it tilll u get to a computer
