Ok i have never been online with my rgh since i got it like 3 months ago and it never sayed i was console banned and today when i updated my dash to the newest dash i was prompted with , your console has been banned for violating the terms and conditions and was wondering if that has happened to anyone else.

Well, you were violating the Terms & Conditions for modding/hacking. So, I suppose the new dashboard update made your JTAG visible.

I have a RGH Falcon, and mine never said that. Bought it last week. Updated to the new dash w/ava support. To bad xbls officially shut down. Hopefully E-xbls is back up soon.

The new xebuild is already out. Don't ask for it, because I don't have it, the guy I bought my rgh from updated everything for me over teamviewer.
and deleted all the files he used off my computer so I couldn't use them.

Whoever you bought the RGH from probably sold the KV to it, that's why it's banned.
