I'm really sick of modders abusing their mods and I just had to make a rant about it. Hopefully everyone will take my side.
Now modding is lots of fun and is what sometimes can make some games better. For example, Grand Theft Auto
Endless fun with mods, spawn your own cars, character animations etc
As well as that their are Call Of Duty mods, which can also be kind of fun for a short while.
I have no problem with modders or mods what so ever, I even have mods myself for GTA.
But I never just got mods for fun. Why you ask?
Well if you have ever been in a public match in GTA the chances where you spent about 15 minutes in that game and then having to restart your console because some kid froze you to feel powerful.
So basically I had to get mods to also protect me from being frozen.
Same goes for call of duty, you can go into a public match and instantly be de-ranked, of course the person doing this is apparently getting some thrill out of it?
I really do hate people who abuse their mods

It really does suck like on CoD on ps3. Join a game then you get instantly deranked. I hate it so much.

No offence, but I hate modders in general I prefer to play a game the way it was meant to be played not so rewarding when you get a ban.

I do agree with you, however if the game is really old and your nothing bothering anyone else, I don't see the problem in that?

There are some games that are acceptable to mod, like the really old games that no-one plays anymore, or the games that take the p*** out of there own game (SR3).
But there are some games people should never touch, and one of them is only 2 weeks away. Gta V should never be modded, It's a game to build your reputation on, gain money, and have fun whilst playing it, if people are just going to spawn in cars without paying, mod in money to buy safehouses, kick people out the game? That just really does my head in, people should just leave games alone and play legit and just have fun! -.-

I will admit to that it dose get annoying as f#ck when i mod i keep it simple in a private match i think thats were it should have stayed personally i tried making my own mod menu for both call of duty 4 & 5 were if you got in a public match aka online game that is ranked it would not let you open but i could not figure out how to do it

For me GTA 4 is the worst, can't even join a game without someone trying to freeze you or someone putting a TV on your head.
