Overall very nice build. If you're rendering and editing ect you might want to go with 16GB as it will be better for an editing system.

16GB would be just fine. I see you have a aftermarket cooler on there, you planning to overclock?
If you're not you can get a non K series chip, along with a H87 board and no aftermarket CPU cooler and it'd save you quite a bit of money.

Yeah probably to 4.0Ghz CPU and possibly a GPU over clock not to sure just making sure I am future proofing. Like the 600w PSU just in case I want to cross fire and have enough wattage.

It's always good to have a bit more than you need when it comes to power. It gives you a bit of headroom for overclocking and as you said, upgrading.
When it comes to overclocking with the haswell CPUs they tend to get quite hot. Overclocking to 4GHz shouldn't be a problem whatsoever though. You could maybe push it to 4.3 or 4.4, but i'm no overclocking expert. Just push it until it gets stable. It might take a bit of time but it'll be worth it.
If you're looking to future proof your PC getting a haswell chip was a good decision. The GTX 670 will last you quite a while, but you'll need to upgrade it before the CPU most likely. As there is a 700 series of Nvidia cards.

Exactly within 2 years I would have to upgrade my CPU and probably would upgrade my GPU and then the stuff would be cheaper at the time. Andnyeah I ain't a overclocking expert as well haha:')

Even tho theres 8 more gigs, the speed for rendering is almost the same time. But 4gbs 8gbs yea there's a big difference with rendering.
