I have never built a pc before so im not sure if i want to build it myself yet or just buy one so if possible link me to websites that sell
i have a monitor
i have keyboard and mouse
as for the os im not sure as i have this pc now with windows 7 on and i will be using the same hard drive on my new pc so would i have to buy windows again or no?
i will mostly be using it for gaming i dont do any video editing or anything
and if possible dual monitor support as i may buy another monitor in future
no wireless card needed

You won't need to re-buy Windows 7, you may also only need a smaller hard drive since you already have one.
How big is your current hard drive and is there
-
anything else you can scavenge from your other PC?

If you're sure you do not need an operating system then the following build will be pretty solid for the price. I don't think its worth getting a older generation eight core on a cheap motherboard with a cooler when you won't be able to overclock. The sound card really isn't necessary as the board has onboard audio which will suit most people.

Well generally the activation key links itself to the components in the system mainly the motherboard, but some users would just suggest to wing it or gain an illegal copy. I would suggest just buying a copy of Windows 8 to save the trouble.
