Will xbox 360 games be working on the Xbox One?
In example if I buy GTA5 for 360 will it work on One ?

Sadly not yet, however personally I think there will be a streaming service such as Gakai on the PS4.

I do, because they done it to a certain extent on the Xbox 360, with titles such as GTA SA, and with the added power of the Xbox One, surely they have to eventually.

Maybe, only if Microsoft does something about Xbox 360 games able to be played on Xbox one.

No, because its not confirmed whether GTA V will come out on next gen consoles, however it is widely rumoured to come out at a later date, but if it is confirmed then yes, you would.

Xbox 360 discs will never work on xbox one, XBLA games will work on xbox one. After microsoft transfers the games over of course.
