Just looking from people's input here, I'm planning on buying a gtx Titan but i've recently come across the GTX 690. What are your guy's opinions?

I'd go with the 690 because it has one more GPU than the Titan.

The 690 is faster for gaming, but you probably don't need a card of this magnitude. What resolution are you going to use, what games will you play, and what are your specs?

On the other topic it appears as though he's going to be using a 1600x900 monitor or a 1080p monitor.
Don't go there. I know the feels.

The 7990 is more powerful than the 690 but has more problems with frame times and latency. These are being fixed though, so if you think that they are going to be completely fixed then buy the 7990.
