Microsoft has confirmed that the hardware in the Xbox One will not support the 360 games :-(

No, but I think that you shouldn't anyway you buy a new confole to play new games on the console, if you want 360 games keep the 360

No, you will not be able to play 360 games on Xbox one, but you never know, they might add some 360 games to the marketplace.

GTAV isn't coming to next gens and you can trade your 360 FIFA towards the one version and only pay 10$
Same for Sony
