Specially with MUT, you need to make adjustment before snap. i dont know your player ratings but im assuming theyre not all perfect or high ratings. I like to Disguise my bad players by baiting my oppent or playing to my players strengths.

I allow about 45-55 rushing ypg, 80-90 passing ypg, and 11 points per game. My record in Mut season is 34-9 and im currenty a all pro 2nd with 3 superbowls and 2 bye weeks.

With that being said, i like to use multi D playbook and i mostly run out of nickle and dollar. This does require some user skills. If i see my oppent use 2 WR and 2 RB i assume run and play at safty, if i see 3 or more WR i assume pass and play middle line backer.

As a safty, your job is to contain the run by making the tackle when opponent run to sideline or force them to cut inside into linebackers or clog the open hole.

As a linebacket, your job is to find the open guy and undercut him, at least 1 of your DB will get beat off the line, find that receiver. I also rub against a WR when they cross the middle to slow him down for my DB then i go cover someone else.

9 Times out of 10, your oppent knows who he is throwing too before he snaps the ball. So what i like to do is pay attention to my opponents habbits and i will blitz the DB that is covering his fav WR but then i woulf audible my defensive end to that side to a purp zone(curl to flats) then i watch that Wr with my user player and undercut the ball when my opponent thinks he is open

My favorite plays are nickle(cover 3, 2 man,cover 3, i mostly run cover 1 SPY)
Dollar(cover 4, 2 man, and cb blitz)

all these play are not money plays, if you do not make individual audibles to exsposed zones based on opponent play style, you will get beat. Go to player and press down on d pad and make adjustments to cover problem areas.

This is what works for me and my MUT team overall is only 79 and im keeping up with people with way better teams. And Im 20-0 in reg online vs and i only play with colts.

But sometime they can run the exact same play and the ball will float over their heads and the WR will get the catch.
