If you have a laptop, you'd get a fan error at startup if the fan wasn't working. If it's a desktop, make sure the fan is spinning and that the heatsink hasn't been dislodged. The numbers reported won't always be accurate.

Terribly sorry for wasting your time, you help me out so much with my computer and I appreciate it so much. Anyways, I was an idiot and when I was switching out my processor and didn't completely put the heatsink back onto the motherboard.
