Some people say they are and others say they aren't.
I want to know what steps you need to do before having to enter the combination of numbers into the power switches on the spiral staircase.

The blue skulls are needed for the free Blundergat and the spoon for the Golden Spork, are they only for that and not the Pop Goes The Weasel Easter Egg?
