Right now I have a Twin Frozr 2 7950, and I was wondering what a good upgrade would be. Dont say obvious answers like gtx690, but something that would boost my games and make rendering even faster. Should I just get a 2nd one? Its $280 right now with $20 rebate, and comes with 3 games. Highest price is 350.

I wouldn't upgrade unless you have enough for a 780 or 7990.

Just wait for the 8xxx series AMD cards, they will be out in the next few months.

I think they will be epic.

Alright, thanks. WHat will the prices be on the 8xxx? Or does nobody know yet?

No one knows yet, but judging by the specs I'm gunna say around the current price of the 770.

That's what it will be rivalling really.

Anything from $250 - $400, can't really say yet though.

There are plenty of options to choose from though, i will be getting one for sure.

I'd add a second if your motherboard supports 8x 8x bandwidth and your PSU can handle it. AMD's new drivers should fix micro-stuttering. However, it's hard to justify an upgrade if you're playing at 1080p. There aren't a lot of games the 7950 can't max out at that resolution around 60 FPS.
