The cheapest and most reliable KV's I've seen are sold by Stealth in the xbox 360 marketplace, check him out.

there is no online server atm so need for kv and only person who can sell KV on here is Stealth located in the marketplace Forums/t=5435974/stealths-keyvaul...d-kvs.html

I know that there aren't any servers online, but E-XBLS is going to be online in a few days, I need a KV now just in case Stealth doesn't increase his price.
