Swap the i7 for the i5 4670K. Hyperthreading is not worth it for gaming.

Get a Phanteks PH-TC14PE instead of the H100i. It will perform as well for better for less.

8GB of RAM is more than enough. Get a low-profile kit with no pointless heat spreader.

The 840 Evo is a little bit more expensive but a lot faster than the regular 840. You can also step up to a drive with a 5-year warranty, like, the Corsair Neutron GTX, for a little more.

The 770 is a slightly better buy than the 7970 GE and unless you really fancy the games that come with the 7970, I'd go with the 770.

There's no need for a full-tower case and the Fractal Arc Midi is only $70 right now. I'd suggest it.

750w is too much and you can do better than EVGA's units. The 550w Rosewill Capstone-M is less than $80 now.

So 8gb of ram should be more than enough for high end graphic demanding games? Especially the ones yet to be released such as BF4 and COD: Ghosts?

Just about every game out at the minute don't utilize any more than 4GB of RAM. So 8GB will be enough.
