There used to be a way where everyone reported your gamertag. But you will only be banned now.

You have to pay to change it then.
Go to your profile and hit edit profile then change gt.

If you'd like to get a free 1 month account.

1.) go to system settings, location, then change locale to india.
2.) then create the account!
3.) Change your gamertag and there you go!

only downfall is you loose your game lvls on your other account or just give the 1 month account to your brother
