Wait nevermind its just google chrome being a **** -_- (its fine in internet explorer)

Did you enter a Date of Birth under 18 years old?

That's the only thing i can think of.

Probably because you entered an age under 18 before. It keeps your cookies you know.

Nope, i always enter >18 ages, i have found the problem now its just a bug with google chrome i tested it on internet explorer and it works on there

Cookies are separate from browser to browser. Seriously, clear your cookies for the Rockstar website. It's the only thing that make sense as it's working for everyone else, including me.
