It's nothing disc related, you buy it when available download it then you can do whatever e.g play games
(Except buy packs) but when the game is released the download expires

Wait let me know if this is right, I buy the season pass that gives me early access and then when the game actually comes out the early access will dissapear and I have to use the disc?

You also get a pack every Monday like the ultimate addition, so it's worth it in my opinion
