Is it trying to verify with a phone, email or other?

it is just E-Mail nothing else.

Have you tried answering the security proofs on the email to try and reset the password or don't you have the email itself?

I tried resetting the password and that didnt solve anything

nope its like it forces me to because if i hit the B button it just signs me out.

either press the guide button and sign in again or just click no you cannot recieve the code on that email and see what happens from there on out

i clicked I cant receive the code and then they have a email on the account that I can no longer access so I cant get the code.
